Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre.
